What Phoenix is — and isn't
Phoenix is a self-guided, AI-powered recovery tool. It is not therapy, not a medical device, and not a substitute for a licensed therapist, doctor, or mental health professional. If you're in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, please contact your local emergency services or a crisis line right away — don't rely on Phoenix for that.
The site is still evolving
Phoenix is currently in a pre-launch, waitlist stage. Features described on this site — Life Score, daily missions, the AI engines — are part of the plan, and may change before or after public launch.
Using the site fairly
Please don't misuse this site or the waitlist form — no spam, no attempts to access data that isn't yours, no automated scraping of the site's content.
Ownership
The Phoenix name, logo, and the content on this site belong to the Phoenix project. Please don't reuse them without asking first.
No guarantees
This site and the waitlist are provided as-is, without warranties. We're a small, independent project — right now this isn't operated through a registered company, so please keep that in mind as you use the site.

As Phoenix moves from waitlist to a full product — including pricing, subscriptions, and account features — these terms will be updated to match. We'll post the update here, especially before public launch.
