Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
Phoenix is still pre-launch, and so is this policy — it's an early, honest version that will keep growing as the product does. Here's what we collect today, where it lives, and how it's used.
What we collect
Right now, that's your email address when you join the waitlist. Once the full app launches, this will expand to include your profile and assessment answers, your conversations with the AI assistant, and your progress and Life Score data.
Where your data lives
Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database and encrypted end to end. Because Phoenix relies on a third-party AI provider through their API, our main server is hosted outside Iran.
How the AI uses your data
To keep Phoenix's guidance useful, the AI model is updated roughly once a week using aggregated user data — it's about improving the system as a whole, not singling out any one person's conversations.
Tools and partners we rely on
To keep Phoenix running well, we work with a small set of trusted tools: Formspree for waitlist sign-ups, Vercel Analytics for basic site traffic stats, and a third-party AI provider to process conversations with the assistant. That's the whole list — nothing more. We never sell your data, and we don't share it with advertisers.
Data security
All stored data is encrypted. We're continuing to invest in the security measures that protect it as Phoenix grows.
Your control over your data
You can log out at any time. Full self-serve account and data deletion is on our roadmap and will be available when Phoenix launches publicly. Until then, if you'd like your data removed, just reach out and we'll take care of it right away.
This policy will change
This is an early, evolving version written while Phoenix is still being built. We'll update it as new features (and new decisions) roll out, especially before public launch.
